While it was the Lady Bucks to start things off last Friday night at home court, it was the Peaster Lady Greyhounds who took ownership with an undeniable win 39-68.

Breckenridge was the first to put points on the board leading for the first three minutes of the game, 7-5. However, Peaster tuned in finding their niche and broke away with a 10-21 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Lady Bucks had countless errors on offense. Adding the number of turnovers made it easier for the Lady Greyhounds to take an 11-point lead.

The second quarter had little change for the Lady Bucks with poor passes and the struggle to synchronize with each other. Peaster added 16 more points to the board while limiting Breckenridge to only three points ending the first half 13-37.

The Lady Bucks came out in the third and was the dominating force to reckon with. They came out more aggressive and more intentional scoring 18 points against the Lady Greyhounds. However, Peaster continued to execute their offense scoring 13 points and keeping the lead 31-50.

While #2 and #15 made for some great plays, it was not enough. The fourth quarter was a blur as Peaster dominated the court on both sides of the ball. Poor passes became the norm for the Lady Bucks only scoring 8-points while Peaster played their game and the win, 39-68.
