Over a dozen Buckaroos take home All-District honors after 2018 football season

The All-District list was released, with 13 Breckenridge Buckaroos taking home honors. The Bucks finished the season 4-6, qualifying for the playoffs and ending the season with a 34-27 playoff loss to the Brock Eagles.
The MVP’s on the season Rance Russell for defense. Russell is a senior. The defensive newcomer of the year went to Jonas Arellano, a sophomore.
First team offense goes to:
- Angel Ruiz (9) - Running Back - Senior
- Kyler Knight (7) - Wide Receiver - Senior
- Lane Berkley (66) - Center - Senior
- Marvin Phillips (72) - Guard - Senior
First team defense goes to
- Marvin Phillips (72) - Defensive Tackle - Senior
- Eric Valdez (3) - Defensive End - Senior
- Jake Escalon (15) - Inside Linebacker - Junior
- Diego Arellano (2) - Outside Linebacker - Senior
- Kevin Franco (5) - Safety - Senior
- Kyler Knight (7) - Cornerback - Senior
Second team offense goes to:
- Kevin Franco (5) - Quarterback - Senior
- Tanner Cantrell (75) - Guard - Junior
- Jim McKay (56) - Tackle - Senior
Second Team defense goes to:
- JT Carraway (51) - Defensive Tackle - Junior
- Griffin Flournoy (19) - Outside Linebacker - Senior
- Angel Ruiz (9) - Cornerback - Senior
Ruiz, Knight, Phillips and Franco each received two awards, with Knight receiving first team on both offense and defense. Other awards included academic all-district. Those players include:
