Candlelight ceremony to honor foster children

Judge Michael Roach will lead a candlelight ceremony at 5:30 p.m. April 29 on the Stephens County Courthouse steps. Notice the changed time. This is to honor the 20 Foster children that reside in Stephens County. The public is cordially invited to stand up for our children.
