Stephens County Judge Michael Roach has held conversations with District 11 Republican candidate, August Pfluger, on the necessary steps for the district in addressing issues with the oil and gas industry.

The conversations come as oil-producing nations decided on Sunday, April 12 to the largest production cut ever. The effort was a coordinated effort by the Mexico, Russian, Saudi Arabian and United States government to stabilize oil prices and the global financial market.
