Texas gas prices have risen 11.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.31/g today, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Gas prices in Texas are 21.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 13.9 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.

As cold weather hits Stephens County and throughout the state into this week, Gov. Greg Abbott issued a disaster declaration for all 254 counties in response to the weather impacting the state. The state deployed resources to local officials to assist in their response efforts.
