    Tacy Ellis Woodson News

Last week I went to work in pajamas, in camouflage, as a weightlifter academic, a movie star and a Cowboy in black and gold. Like the other teachers at Woodson, I am a class sponsor, and so homecoming week was wild and wooly. But we made it.

Hooray for rain. We had 2.6 inches in town last week. What’s your total?

“See You At the Pole (SYAP)” was held at 7:30 a.m. last Wednesday.

By the way, I am proud of one of my seventh grade English students, Dillion Funderburg, for finding my typo and knowing that “online” (technology term) is one word, not two. I am proud he pointed it out.

If you haven’t seen the changes at the Woodson Grocery, go in and have breakfast or lunch or dinner on Wednesdays.

I am thankful to be at home in Woodson. Have a great week.

Mayor Mathiews? I’m looking for ya.
