A change order for the City of Breckenridge Street Improvement Project Phase 1 was unanimously passed by the Breckenridge City Commission during their meeting Tuesday, Jan. 7.

The Texas Senate’s chief budget writer said state agencies and higher education institutions have requested nearly $25 billion in funding as the legislative session gets underway. State Sen.
