The Lady Bucks’ 2025 softball season came to an end Thursday, April 17, with a 10-1 loss to Peaster, as they missed the playoffs with a 6-8 district and 10-15-1 overall record. Mistakes hurt Bucks in bi-district loss to Hawks

Coming into their bi-district matchup Thursday, May 1 against the Iowa Park Hawks, the Bucks knew they would have to play a clean, near-perfect game. It started off that way, as they pounced early on Hawks’ pitcher AJ Ramirez and got a run on the board in the first inning. Getting to him early was exactly what needed to be done for the Bucks to have a shot at winning.
