The Bucks traveled to Jacksboro to play the Tigers on their home court Friday, Jan. 29 with a solid victory, 56-46.
The Breckenridge Lady Buckaroos finished second in the Thursday, January 21, Hawley Powerlifting Competition. The Breckenridge Buckaroos were defeated by the Holliday Eagles, 67-50, on Friday, January 22 following a passionate district battle on home court.
The Bucks had their hands full against the Nocona Indians Friday, Jan. 15, on their home court. The hard-fought defensive contest between the two teams edged out to the Indians due to late foul shots in double overtime.
The Lady Bucks got hot in the fourth quarter for 12 points during their home game against Holiday on Jan. 22, but it was not enough to clinch the win losing 29-55.
Despite three-pointers from Zeke Castillo #10, Jayton Hash #15 and Jonas Arellano #14 and a late bucket by Sean Cooksey #22, the Bucks were not prepared for the speed and quickness of the Mustangs and a loss, 44-72.
The Lady Bucks squared-off against the Lady Mustangs of City View Tuesday, Jan.12, and won decisively 55-31.
