Sheriff, Police called to Walmart

Eastland County placed a call to Stephens County dispatch on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 4:23 p.m. to make them aware of a white male subject from Cisco, who had two warrants out for his arrest and was making threats against himself and authorities.
There was then a call that came into dispatch about a white male who was in the Walmart parking lot in Breckenridge. The man made a call threatening that if he was approached he would harm himself or officers who tried to approach him. At this time Sheriff Will Holt, Deputy Sheriff Kevin Roach, Breckenridge Police Officer Justin Shockley and Officer Butler arrived at Walmart.
