    The 14th annual West Texas Book Festival is slated to continue through  to Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Abilene Civic Center.Specific events are set for the Abilene Library during the week and then Friday and Saturday there are special events planned in addition to the book sale at the Abilene Civic Center, which is located at 11 N.

    Open Door breaks ground for new facility
