Tina Franqui, age 39 of Brownwood, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, September 5th at First Baptist Church in Cisco with Joe Jarvis officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.
