Getting prepared for the upcoming school year

East Elementary took the 2nd grade class to tour South Elementary to see the school they will attend next school year. Each group was taken by 5th grade students to see the whole school and meet the teachers and classes they may have next year. The 5th grade students that took each class around were very open to the kids learning each teacher’s name and was always asking if they had questions and would answer to the best of their knowledge. At the end of the tour they sat down in the cafeteria to meet the principals and learn about different aspects of the school and the expectations they hold for each student. Photos/Kaci Funderburg
