Odalee Thomas, 92, of Breckenridge, died Saturday, Nov. 27, after a brief bout of pneumonia.

Charles A. Hamilton, 90, of Vero Beach, Fla., joined his Heavenly Father the afternoon of Monday, Nov. 22. A graveside service will be held Summer 2022 at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery in Fort Worth. Cremation services have been entrusted to Neptune Society.

Mary Alyce “Mickey” Garvin, 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior during the early morning hours of Monday, Nov. 22.

She was born in Caddo on Dec. 7, 1932, to Vernium and Eva Reynolds Fox. Mickey was the youngest of five children.

Sharon Briscoe, 69, of Breckenridge, passed away Friday, Dec. 3. A private graveside will be held in the Caddo Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

Debra Lynn Poston, 66, passed from this life Friday, Oct. 29, at her home in Lago Vista, Texas. She was born Nov. 5, 1954 in Denver City, Texas, to late parents Lewis and Clara McCoy.

Debra enjoyed swimming, music, making people laugh, and playing bingo. She was always willing to listen and be a shoulder to lean on. One of her greatest pleasures was bringing family and friends together over home cooked meals.

She is reunited with husband of 38 years Gary Wayne Poston as well as two siblings “Butch” Norman McCoy, and Sharon Kay Victory.

After a severe stroke on Thursday, Nov. 4, Judy McAllister, also known as “Aunt Judy” to her family, 65, of Albany, passed away Saturday, Nov. 6. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13 at Morehart Mortuary, with Jeff Pleasant officiating. Services are entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.

Catherine (Katy) Sweeney Hinkle passed away peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 27, at her residence in Juniper Village in Austin.

Margie Nell Squyres Stuteville, 98, passed away Saturday, Oct. 30, in Olney. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, at First United Methodist Church in Olney, with Reverend Harrell Braddock, Jr. officiating. A private family burial will be held at Restland Cemetery in Olney. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Charlene Meccico, 86, of Abilene, passed away Thursday, Nov. 4. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7 in the Breckenridge Cemetery, with Larry Briley officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.

Novi Kalene King was born into the arms of angels Monday, Oct. 25, in Abilene to parents, Gage and Kenzie King, and big sisters, Heidi and Mila. A private graveside funeral service will be held with Pastor Andy Rodgers officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
